Daily Sun is reporting that the son of a senator in Taraba state has been reportedly picked up by operatives of the Department of State Service (DSS) for allegedly forcing himself on 7-year-old girl that died in the process.
According to the report, the 21-year-old young man brutalised the little girl that she died due to damage to her internal organs caused by abnormal entry.
The report quotes a twitter user @FulanNasrulah, who shared the story, as saying that when the incident was reported to the boy’s father, he alleged got the father of the victim, who is in his employ as a guard, arrested.
@FulanNasrulah said the unnamed senator reportedly claimed that the guard wants to ruin his political career.
The Twitter user also noted that the DSS has released the lawmaker’s son after allegedly manipulating the system.
We recalls that a protest recently erupted in Lafia, Nasarawa state over the alleged killing of a student of the Government Science School in an accident by Khaleel Al-Makura, the son of the state governor Tanko .
According to reports, the head-boy of the school, Goodluck Aguu, gave the name of the deceased student as Amos Ovey.
